Is payment required upfront?
Yes. Full payment is required once your design is approved to secure your spot in the custom queue.
Are custom orders refundable or exchangeable?
Custom orders are final sale since they are made specifically for you.
Can I make changes after my order is submitted?
Small changes may be possible before production begins. Once your piece is in progress, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Will my custom piece look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Colors, stones, and patterns may vary slightly — that’s part of the beauty of handcrafted work.

Some past designs can be recreated with creative freedom. Exact replicas are not guaranteed, but the spirit + vibe will always be honored.

No. Water, moisture, + humidity can weaken materials over time. Always remove your jewelry before contact with water, including pools, oceans, + hot tubs.
Will perfumes or lotions affect my jewelry?
Yes. Lotions, perfumes, oils, + sprays can dull finishes + damage beads, metals, + thread. For best results, put your jewelry on last — after getting ready.
How should I store my jewelry?
Store your pieces in a dry, cool place. We recommend keeping them in a soft pouch or jewelry box, away from direct sunlight + moisture, to prevent tangling + wear.
