Along with colors, metals, overall vibe, + any special details you’d like included. Inspiration photos are always welcome.
PAYMENT + APPROVAL
Once your custom concept is approved, I’ll send over a design confirmation so we can finalize any details before moving forward. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work begins + secures your spot plus materials. When your piece is complete, you’ll receive final photos for approval.The remaining balance is due before your piece ships.
TURNAROUND TIME
Custom pieces typically take 2–4 weeks to create, though timelines may vary during launches, market weekends, + holidays. Once your piece is finished, you’ll receive final photos + tracking information as soon as it ships.

- Custom orders are accepted in limited batches to ensure every piece receives the time and attention it deserves.
• Inspiration photos are always welcome! While I'm happy to use them as a starting point, I won't recreate another artist's work. Every design is created in the By Didi Lea style.
• Because every custom piece is made just for you, slight variations are part of what makes handmade jewelry so special. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike.
• If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before placing your order. I'll always do my best to accommodate special dates when my schedule allows.
• Custom orders are final sale due to their personalized nature.
